Meet my client, Ron Gold.

Ron is an entrepreneur, speaker, and the founder and CEO of LeanOnWe, a company that helps families find better, more affordable home care.

Before launching the company, Ron spent more than 25 years on Wall Street as a Managing Director at Lehman and Barclays.

In 2011, Ron’s life changed dramatically when he was struck by a sleeping driver in an SUV while cycling, leaving him paralyzed and dependent on daily care. During his recovery, he experienced firsthand how difficult it can be for families to find trustworthy, reliable caregivers. That experience inspired him to create the company.

Today, Ron is also a professional speaker who shares his powerful story of resilience, leadership, and perspective.

Ron was one of the Wharton alumni who participated in a group branding session where I photographed three public speakers in one day at one location. It was such a fun and energizing day of capturing different personalities, leadership styles, and brand stories. During our planning session, Ron shared that he wanted updated professional headshots and speaking engagement photos with different shirts and blazers.

On the day of the session, we started with classic headshots against white and gray backdrops to create polished images he could use across his website, social media, newsletters, speaker photo, and more.

From there, we transitioned into speaking images on stage with a live audience. These photos capture Ron sharing his accident and his story of resilience.

Next, we photographed interaction photos to reflect his warm personality and conversing with the audience. We end the session with more casual lifestyle images in an office setting.

It was a pleasure working with Ron. It was heartwarming to see the wonderful support of his alumni community during the photo session.
