Meet my client, Kathy Wu Brady.

Kathy is an Executive Coach and Strategic Advisor. With over 25 years of experience as a two-time CEO and COO, she now coaches and advises high-achieving leaders and senior executives through one-on-one coaching sessions that provide tailored, transformational support.

She is also a public speaker and facilitates group sessions for organizations looking to strengthen leadership and team dynamics.

Kathy was one of the Wharton alumni who participated in a group branding session where I photographed three public speakers in one day at one location. It was a full and energizing day of capturing different personalities, leadership styles, and brand stories. (You can also check out Rob DiGisi’s branding session here.)

During our planning session, Kathy shared that she wanted her photos to reflect several parts of her work: one-on-one coaching, group facilitation images, and in-action moments that show how she works with clients. Together, we also narrowed down her outfit choices to ensure everything aligned with her brand and photographed beautifully.

On the day of the session, we started with classic headshots against white and gray backdrops to create polished, versatile images she could use across her website, speaking engagements, and media features.

From there, we transitioned into speaking images on stage with a live audience. These photos capture Kathy in her element, sharing insights, connecting with people, and leading conversations.

Next, we photographed group facilitation and interaction scenes to highlight one of her core services. These images show how she guides discussions, engages with teams, and creates space for meaningful dialogue.

We also captured one-on-one interaction photos to reflect the personalized coaching experience she offers her clients.

We end the session with more casual lifestyle images: seated and standing in an office setting, working on her laptop, writing in her notebook, and even stepping outdoors for a few natural headshots.
