Meet my client, Allison Ratto. Allison has been a licensed aesthetician with 20 years of experience in the skincare field. She works with clients of different age ranges.

Allison was referred to me by my kid’s classmate’s moms. She was helping Allison search for a branding photographer in Bergen County, and my name came up.

Soon after we started planning Allison’s branding photoshoot, I coordinated all email communication and a Zoom planning meeting for all three of us to go over the photo ideas, must-shot list, and discuss strategy and layout of her website. After collaborating with many videographers, website designers, and marketing agencies, I find that this is so helpful to get everyone on the same page so we all go into the photoshoot (and videoshoot) with confidence.

I met with Allison to do a walkthrough of her space before the photoshoot. This is an important part of my branding photo session process. I want to see the space, plan out the photo session efficiently, and figure out if there’s any additional lighting or furniture I need to bring.

On the day of the photo session, Allison asked her mom and her friend to come and act as her clients. The energy was so amazing! Her mom was so proud of her daughter, and her friend was so supportive and excited.

We started with her branded scrub outfit and took photos at different parts of her space. Then we move on to some in-action photos of her working with clients. Then Allison changed to a business casual outfit, and we did some lifestyle headshots. We ended the photoshoot with a celebration photo of her holding a champagne bottle and glass. This is definitely one of my favorite photos! Allison’s excitement and joy said it all, don’t you think?

On March 2, 2026, she launched her dream business, Allison’s Aesthetics, LLC, in Harrington Park, New Jersey. Offering facials, hydrafacials, dermaplaning, Icoone, lymphatic drainage massage, and more.
