Celebrating 5 Years In Business

I can’t believe I’m celebrating 5 years in business!

5 years ago, I quit my full-time corporate job as a software test engineer and became a business owner.

I started this business in 2018 because I was burned out. I was commuting 3 hours round trip every day from northern New Jersey to central New Jersey as a new mom. While I loved my job and the people I worked with, I was depressed, feeling ‘not enough’, and hated my life.

I knew I had to make a change and I didn’t want to work at another corporate job. With my husband’s support, I decided to start a photography business. I did not know much about running a business or the photography industry but I was determined to learn everything I could. I wanted to do what I love and have the freedom and flexibility to be there for my family.

This journey has been a rollercoaster – a lot of doubts and a lot of limiting beliefs. It took me years to feel confident that this is what I was meant to do.

I’m so thankful for all my clients! Thank you for trusting me to capture your family milestones and your business stories.

Thank you to my group of friends and a community of business owners for your support. Of course, my biggest supporters will always be my family. They are the reason I work so hard. Thank you and I love you so much!
