Client Feature: Lisa Roe, author

Meet my client, Lisa Roe.

She is the author of Welcome to the Neighborhood (available on April 5, 2022). It is a heartwarming and life-affirming story of family dynamics, mother/daughter relationships, and second chances.

As with other clients I have worked with, Lisa was not comfortable with getting her picture taken. However, by the end of our consultation, she was very excited about the photoshoot.

We decided to do her headshots in downtown Westwood, New Jersey, including Veteran’s Memorial Park. I was able to capture different backdrops (plain wall and park).

The weather was perfectly sunny on the day of her photoshoot. We met in front of Starbucks in Westwood and we finished with the photoshoot in about 30 minutes.
