Meet my client, Stephanie Cardillo.

Stephanie is a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist located in Florham Park, New Jersey.

She’s trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping), and Heart Assisted Therapy. She also utilizes polyvagal techniques, meditation, breathing exercises, affirmations, and communication skills.

She helps adults and elders. Her goal is to help guide her clients to become the fullest, most authentic, expression of themselves.

Stephanie reached out to me to do a branding photo session because she needed photos of herself and her office space to use on her Psychology Today profile and Instagram.

She wants the photos to capture the way she shows up in sessions while highlighting her personality, authenticity, spirituality, self-love, vulnerability, and love of nature.

We use some fun props including healing crystals, canvas & frames with quotes, and pink fuzzy slippers. We also did some outdoor shots. My favorite one is her jumping with joy.
